SPIRITUAL COACHING

We provide goal focused spiritual coaching to individuals and couples. Together we identify questions or themes to work with over our sessions. Some typical themes might be discerning purpose, navigating a faith or life shift, disappointment, facing obstacles to spiritual growth, establishing healthier relationships or life practices, etc. We use our life experiences and knowledge of psychology and spiritual formation to help our clients better understand their reality and take healthful steps. Towards the end of each session we mutually come up with a homework task or practices and then we check in on those steps during the first part of the following session.

We offer spiritual coaching on a sliding scale basis, $65-$150 per session, meaning that you choose an amount that fits your financial means and make a donation to ReIMAGINE. Scholarships rates are available on request. Sessions usually go 60-90 minutes and can be done in person or on zoom. We follow up with an invoice, session summary, journal prompts, practice suggestions and links to other resources.

Our Coaches:

Mark Scandrette is passionate about investing in leaders and building capacity in others. He offers coaching and spiritual direction to individuals and works with teams to help them develop transformational strategies in their organizations. His coaching/spiritual direction is informed by a commitment to contemplative practice; an understanding of the physicality of spiritual formation, awareness of personality dynamics, neural science and habit formation.  Mark particularly enjoys coaching leaders who want to effectively guide others in a practical spiritual formation.

He often works with clients who desire to:

  • Address personality-based challenges (as described by the Enneagram typology)

  • Work through faith shifts, recover from past religious trauma, and find a way forward

  • Navigate vocational transitions to discover a more holistic and sustainable leadership path

  • Create a life design with better alignment of time, work, purpose and finances

  • Become more effective as a leader or spiritual formation practitioner

Mark identifies as an Enneagram 4, (individualists), with a strong 3 (achiever) wing. His spiritual direction/coaching practice is informed by his background in psychology, theology, community based counseling and 30 years of experience as a spiritual teacher and retreat and workshop facilitator. He is committed to lifelong learning, introspection, growth and personal development.

Mark believes that a good “fit” is important to the coaching/ spiritual direction relationship. He offers a complimentary 30 minute zoom chat after which you can decide if Mark is someone who can accompany you on your journey.

Mark and his wife,  Lisa, also offer coaching to couples and families who want to work on thriving as a family (based on principles from their book, Belonging and Becoming)

Sean Randall has a deep value of seeing people live more authentically, discovering their true self. He offers spiritual coaching to individuals and couples who desire those same values for themselves. He also, works with teams to help them create a work rhythm that creates a sustainable and healthy work environment. His coaching is informed by his own spiritual practices (solitude, silence, contemplation, retreats), personal life experiences (divorce, single parent, remarried, the loss of those close to him via suicide, cancer) to name a few. He has come out the other side of those experiences with a deeper, healthier sense of who he is, how he wants to live his life and a desire to help others discover that for themselves.

He works with clients who desire to:

  • Find healing from past and current trauma and a way forward

  • Better their relationship with themselves and others

  • Process shifts in beliefs (both inherited and discovered) and move into a more spacious place where questions, mystery, even doubt are welcomed. Where curiosity is the posture

  • Create ways to work and lead in healthier and more sustainable ways

Sean sees life through the lens of an Enneagram 1 (reformer). His spiritual coaching is informed by his background in communications, theology, 25 years of experience as a spiritual teacher and leader of local communities, retreats and mentoring relationships. He is a lifelong learner, believes life is about the journey not the destination and pursues personal growth knowing he is a work in progress.

Sean sees each person as unique, thus creating processes that are creatively designed to meet you where you are at. He will listen more than he speaks. He will not try and fix but point to processes that can lead to healing and a deeper sense of who you are. He desires to be a trusted, faithful companion on your journey.

Sean believes that a good “fit” is important to the spiritual coaching relationship. He offers a complimentary 30 minute zoom chat after which you can decide if Sean is someone who can accompany you on your journey.
