Thank you for visiting Seven. We are an intentional community of people living in San Francisco. Our dream is to cultivate a local/ global culture of Christ-following that is catalytic and generative. We are optimistic that people experiencing new life in of the kingdom of God and obedience to the specific teachings of Jesus will be fruitful multipliers of the message and reality of the reign of God—a reality that is fundamentally characterized by love.

In 2005 a group of people began living into this dream by taking monthly sabbath retreats and adhering to common rhythms of life. Through a variety of projects and experiments a core group of people coalesced into what we call Seven. Seven represents our city that is 7 miles by 7 miles, our 7 common vows and our desire to live out our faith 7 days a week.
