WALKING IN THE WAYS OF THE KINGDOM - SAN FRANCISCO - March 16-17 (Evening of 16th is optional)
DESCRIPTION: The experience will consist of interactive teaching and experiential learning in the heart of San Francisco. We will teach prayers from Scripture, how to study and interact with a new culture and how to connect what we believe about the Kingdom of God with how we live in daily life.
ReIMAGINE has been leading groups on these experiences for years because we have found it a good way to help people develop a fresh perspective on the Bay Area and California. San Francisco is, in some senses, a microcosm of the diversity in California. We hope that by participating in this exercise your heart will be expanded in terms of having a desire to see your community in new ways and reimagine how you can walk in the way of love in your community.
With these day exercises, we see ourselves as teachers and guides for helping you connect what you know of the story of God to a specific cultural context. In a sense we are hoping to help you think and act like a pioneer missionary who is trying to understand how the gospel intersects with a particular people group.
COST: $55 for 16th-17th or $35 for Saturday the 17th only - This includes a place to stay Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning and dinner at an Indian/Pakistani Restaurant Saturday night, maps and teaching.

We are inspired by Jesus’ audacious invitation into the present availability of a new way of life. Our ambition is to teach people to obey everything Jesus taught – helping people become fully formed apprentices in the way of Jesus.
ReImagine is currently developing a regional center for spiritual formation. We are currently engaging in the following initiatives:
Jesus Dojo: We invite people to be trained in the way of Jesus, the way of love.
SEVEN: We invite people to common vows and rhythms as we seek to live in community.
